Richard Doyle is forced to face his own demons in order to free the soul of Amy. Spawn directs Richard to relive the events that led to Amy’s death, and to take responsibility for it. Spawn confronts the demons that rule Richard’s soul, and force them to release Amy’s spirit. Amy’s soul is thus freed from it’s current place of residence, which is in Roxy, Richard’s cat. His reunion with her must wait, but is now guaranteed due to Spawn’s intervention.
